Arcane is a huge success on Netflix! OTHER LOL

We had reported about a few days ago how huge the fan base of the Runeterra universe is. 180 million players should gamble in the month League of Legends, Legends of Runeterra, Team fight Tactics or Wild Rift. Therefore, it does not surprise that the freshly started anime series Arcane, which also plays in the Runeterra universe, could at Netflix attract a lot of spectators.

After the publication of the first three episodes, Arcane debuted in 30 countries in 1st place 1 of the top 10 of most of the most popular films and series. Meanwhile, six consequences have appeared, and it is sufficient in Germany for space 8. The last episode trio will follow on November 20th.

Arcane not only shines with an impressive look, but also introduces the fascinating Runeterra universe great. So you can also see the series if you have never played League of Legends and Co. The story around VI and Powder is so far told. And do not worry: the series is darker than the colorful Mob. And there are topics like trauma, discrimination, poverty and violence on the table, the adaptation clearly depends on an adult audience.

And those responsible for Riot Games want to build on this quality and their first Netflix hit. Compared to the LA Times, Riot s President for Entertainment, Shauna Stanley declared that one wants to significantly expand the Lol universe on the small and large screens (Via Desert). But it should not only follow other anime series, but also live action movies and sometimes a separate Runeterra Cinematic Universe, which takes the Marvel Cinematic Universe to the model.

Shauna Stanley is at least safely: I do not think Hollywood realizes how extensive all this is here. In my opinion, we now have a huge way to build fantastic, organic stories in the world of Runeterra, on which we followed Build a brand that will influence a whole generation.

But you do not want to create content for everyone and every taste. There is a huge fan base of Runeterra, and on this target group, the players, is clearly the focus.
